The second ending to One Year Older explores the tension between fear of the unknown and the comfort of connection. In this version, the fish is not alone in the tank but surrounded by two others. As he ponders the world beyond his bowl, he comes to realize that perhaps it's okay not to have all the answers, finding solace in the presence of others. This animation reflects the idea that uncertainty can be less daunting when shared. By combining my nostalgic character designs with 3D animation, I aimed to evoke a bittersweet yet hopeful tone, inviting viewers to find meaning in the relationships that ground us.
